At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Diamonds and Watches.
- If you feel a return/exchange is warranted, please feel free to contact us. A representative from our LC team will provide you with a return authorization slip to fill and put inside the package. No return or exchange will be accepted into our facility without a return slip. We recommend having your package insured to be covered against theft, loss or damage.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Be sure to include all original contents in your return package, including the watch, boxes, documents, accessories, links, straps, buckles, and authentication papers .If items that were sold with the watch are missing or the watch is worn or damaged, we may charge a restocking fee or reject the item.
Refund
DOMESTIC ORDERS - All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days. Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays unless stated otherwise. If the customer requests a specific delivery date or has delivery instructions they can let us know via email at orders@lcdiam.com. If there are any rare changes the customer will be contacted by a representative from our team.
SHIPPING CHARGES - Shipping rates and charges will be calculated at checkout. All orders going out are fully insured. Orders are send via FedEx Overnight Shipping (unless stated otherwise). Once the package is sent off delivery delays may occur.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING - Once your order is sent out you will receive and email notification and tracking number.
