At LC Diamonds we value our relationship with you and are committed to your complete satisfaction and enjoyment of your purchase. We guarantee your purchase and that the quality of our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectations.
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Diamonds and Watches.
- If you feel a return/exchange is warranted, please feel free to contact us. A representative from our LC team will provide you with a return authorization slip to fill and put inside the package. No return or exchange will be accepted into our facility without a return slip. We recommend having your package insured to be covered against theft, loss or damage.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Be sure to include all original contents in your return package, including the watch, boxes, documents, accessories, links, straps, buckles, and authentication papers .If items that were sold with the watch are missing or the watch is worn or damaged, we may charge a restocking fee or reject the item.
Refunds (Watches & Jewelry, if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (less shipping charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns (items other than Watches & Jewelry)
All items other than watches and jewelry are eligible for Free Returns. Items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. It must be returned in its original packaging, including box, papers, documents and accessories.
To apply for a return please contact our customer service and a return slip and label will be emailed to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have not received your refund after 2-6 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: LC Diamonds USA LTD INC, 612 Deal Rd, Ocean NJ 07712, United States. Please insure your package through the logistic company being used.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified about your return, unless you request otherwise.
International Returns: (if applicable)
International buyers may return their purchase, however, any return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility. All other aspects of the return policy listed above still apply for International returns. Please contact your Client Advisor to request the return authorization and to begin the process
